Our name:
Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church
- Christ = our Lord and Savior
- Evangelical = we preach the Gospel, the good news of forgiveness in Christ
- Lutheran = we proclaim the same message as preached by Martin Luther, who pointed the church back to the Scriptures in order to rely on God’s grace
Our purpose:
It is our God-given mission to grow spiritually through God’s word to build a sharing and caring attitude, so that we will encourage one another and proclaim the gospel to the unchurched throughout our community and the world.
Our affiliation:
Member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS), which has congregations nationwide and throughout the world.
